The raw nitrogen and excess carbon react under high temperature and generate CO2,then come to adsorption tower for decarburization, high purity nitrogen can be produced at a purity of 99.9995%.

In order to reduce the frequency of replacing carbon and operating costs of carbon consumption, to improve the utilization of equipment, the replacement cycle is usually designed 3~6 months. Crude nitrogen purity at 99.9% is recommended, which can be taken into account under the condition of keeping the balance of air compressor power consumption and carbon consumption for purification, to achieve the overall objective of economic operation.
