Principle of Purification
The reaction of oxygen with hydrogen and nitrogen in the raw material is carried out under the action of catalyst.
The reaction chain of the purification is longer, and even relates to the high temperature vessel. The accuracy and stability of control for the whole process is very important.
Principle of Operation
After the raw material nitrogen is mixed with a small amount of hydrogen, the residual oxygen reacts with hydrogen to become water vapor in a reactor filled with catalyst:
2H2 + O2 = 2H2O + heat
Catalytic Hydrodeoxygenation:

Dehydrogenation:

Dehydrogenating Agent Regeneration:
M+nOb +O2 M+mOa+Q

Then after-cooler will make most of the water vapor condensation, to remove condensate by going through the high efficiency water separator. Adsorption dryer can make the dew point of production gas below -60℃, the purity of production gas is continuously online monitored by the analyzer.
