The relevant data shows that using high-purity nitrogen can save 30-70% solder, reduce more than 90% of tin slag. It can reduce the maintenance working and increase 30% of production capacity. On November 29th SMC was invited to participate in the "SBSTC Step by Step Technology Conference", which was sponsored by "SMT China Surface Assembly Technology magazine" in Huizhou, Guangdong. During the symposium our sales Director Michael Wang delivered a report on the "PSA Nitrogen Technology-economical and controllable nitrogen solution" for the conference, which provided a new solution to optimize the supply chain of the SMT industry. For N2 purity of 99.99%, using PSA technology is approx. 50% cheaper than liquid nitrogen. For N2 purity of 99.999%, using PSA technology is 40% cheaper than liquid nitrogen.
