SMC-IGS has received many feedback from customers in recently years, that users compared the performance of other competing brand of nitrogen generator purchased previously, realized that the index such as flowrate, purity being decreased, unstable condition of working and unqualified phenomenon of molecular sieve powder after years of operation. At the request of our customers, SMC-IGS sent experienced service team to carry out on-site investigation, scheme of transformation and the upgrading are formulated according to the requirements of the customer, the product line category and the local climate and environment to ensure the customer's demand in the future.

Only in first months in 2018, we have successfully completed the transformation mission of 8 sets of nitrogen generator from customers（range of flowrate: 50~1000Nm³/h, purity: 99.5~99.9%），which mainly contain molecular sieve replacement, technological transformation and so on. The effects of the reconstructed equipment has been restored obviously, and the operation has been stable, which have received highly praised for our service.

The results of the efforts of our technical service team are not only reflecting our rich experiences and the advantages of technological designing, but also increases the understanding and trust for customers' future selection of the products and services from SMC-IGS.
